We’re seeking a Refrigeration Solution Specialist to support customers with cold chain solutions in the container logistics industry. You’ll be the friendly expert they turn to when things heat up.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide top-notch support for reefer container issues
  


• Help diagnose basic refrigeration problems
  


• Coordinate service requests & follow up with clients
  


• Bridge the gap between tech teams and customer needs
  

Requirements

• Knowledge of refrigeration systems (Carrier, Thermo King, etc.)
  


• EPA Universal cert preferred
  


• Customer service experience + problem-solving mindset
  


• Strong communication skills
