Compensation: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician with a strong background in rack refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex refrigeration systems in commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair rack refrigeration systems in commercial establishments.
   
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal performance.
   
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
   
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations.
   
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in refrigeration systems, with a focus on rack systems.  
• Universal EPA Certification.  
• Strong understanding of refrigeration principles and electrical systems.  
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.  
• Insurable driving record.  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
