Join Bettar, Inc. as a Refrigeration Technician and become a vital part of our dedicated team in Kensington, MD. We are passionate about providing top-notch appliance repair services, and we’re looking for skilled technicians who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems in residential setting.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.

Provide exceptional customer service and explain repair processes to clients.

Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.

Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.

Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies in refrigeration.

Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in refrigeration preferred.

Proven experience as a refrigeration technician or similar role.

Knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC, and electrical components.

Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
