We are seeking a Refrigeration/HVAC Technician with 3-5 years of experience in heat pumps, furnaces, and basic controls. Must have knowledge in servicing residential and commercial Refrigeration/HVAC jobs. No Massachusetts Refrigeration license is required. The ideal candidate MUST possess an EPA certification and a VALID driver's license. A willingness to learn and not act independently is crucial, as we emphasize teamwork and adherence to company protocols. The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited HVAC school, and can provide proof of graduation. Willing to learn complex control systems.

Responsibilities:
· Install, maintain, repair commercial and residential HVAC/Refrigeration systems.
· Follow company protocols and procedures while working on-site.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality services delivery.
· Engage in ongoing learning and apply knowledge of complex control systems as needed.

Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of experience working with commercial and residential HVAC/Refrigeration systems.
· EPA certification.
· Valid driver’s license.
· Graduate of an accredited HVAC school.
· Strong willingness to learn and follow company protocol.
