Refurbishment Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are recruiting for a  Refurb Warehouse Team Member to join our manufacturing line. The Refurb Associate is an essential member of the manufacturing floor ensuring bikes are serviced and repaired accordingly and helps support the Peloton Supply Chain team.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Supporting day to day mechanical refurbishment operations including fitness products, electronics, and accessories, with the goal of producing quality products while minimizing cost


• Work closely with Engineering and Quality teams on repair and refurbishment 


• Work towards defined measures of performance that impact refurbishment quality and cost


• Support a mixture of roles within refurbishment operations including but not limited to light repairs, calibration & torque, labeling, and packaging


• Work independently as directed, and as part of team, to successfully complete priorities and projects


• Standing and engaging in repetitive movement throughout the entire shift could be part of the job responsibilities


• Keep work areas and the Refurb area clean, maintain a safe working environment, and work and operate in a safe manner

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

• Experience with hand tools and measuring devices such as torque wrenches, meters, and gauges


• Basic digital literacy, able to operate Google Docs, Email, etc.


• Exceptional communication skills


• A bias towards action, and exceptional follow-through


• Desire to work in a fast-paced and rapidly-evolving environment, managing multiple work streams in parallel


• Adaptability and comfort with change is critical


• Multilingualism is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is primarily an active position, involving long periods of standing and lifting items weighing 145 lbs or more.
