Manage and grow account relationships within an assigned geographic territory
Drive revenue growth through field activation, sell-through, and in-store visibility
Educate store teams and retail staff on brand standards, product positioning, and compliance
Execute territory plans, route cycles, and account growth targets
Ensure all accounts are properly stocked, trained, and supported
Report on sales trends, competitive movement, and territory performance
Support events, demos, and field marketing where needed
Take personal ownership of your accounts and deliver consistent results
Stay productive in the field with minimal oversight
Value feedback, structure, and high expectations
Care about product quality, presentation, and getting the details right
See teammates as partners and take initiative to help them succeed
Require frequent reminders to stay on task or meet deadlines
Resist direct feedback or prefer to work outside structured processes
Underperform without micromanagement
Are uncomfortable with high visibility into individual performance
2–4 years of sales or account management experience, ideally in CPG or retail environments
Strong personal work ethic and ability to manage territory autonomously
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within territory
Alignment with our values: urgency, ownership, accuracy, and teamwork
Minimum Qualifications
Consistent quota attainment or growth within assigned accounts
Familiarity with retail, wellness, or consumer product environments
Ability to maintain organized records in CRM systems
Physical ability to travel, visit accounts, and lift up to 30 lbs. as needed
Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events
Preferred Qualifications
Background in health, wellness, or regulated consumer goods
Experience launching products or opening new accounts in a territory
Demonstrated territory expansion or account growth initiatives
Familiarity with Salesforce, Repsly, or similar tools
History of exceeding KPIs in high-visibility sales environments
