Job Description - Regional Account Executive

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow account relationships within an assigned geographic territory

  • Drive revenue growth through field activation, sell-through, and in-store visibility

  • Educate store teams and retail staff on brand standards, product positioning, and compliance

  • Execute territory plans, route cycles, and account growth targets

  • Ensure all accounts are properly stocked, trained, and supported

  • Report on sales trends, competitive movement, and territory performance

  • Support events, demos, and field marketing where needed

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of sales or account management experience, ideally in CPG or retail environments

  • Strong personal work ethic and ability to manage territory autonomously

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within territory

  • Alignment with our values: urgency, ownership, accuracy, and teamwork

Minimum Qualifications

  • Consistent quota attainment or growth within assigned accounts

  • Familiarity with retail, wellness, or consumer product environments

  • Ability to maintain organized records in CRM systems

  • Physical ability to travel, visit accounts, and lift up to 30 lbs. as needed

  • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in health, wellness, or regulated consumer goods

  • Experience launching products or opening new accounts in a territory

  • Demonstrated territory expansion or account growth initiatives

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Repsly, or similar tools

  • History of exceeding KPIs in high-visibility sales environments
