Lead Regional Operations and Advance Patient-Centered Surgical Care

Ideal candidates will have ambulatory surgery center leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership experience with exposure to ASC operations.


What You'll Do



  • Provide operational and financial leadership for multiple ambulatory surgery facilities.

  • Oversee daily facility operations in collaboration with administrators, physicians, medical staff, and governing boards.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards.

  • Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets.

  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve operational outcomes.

  • Build strong physician relationships and support credentialing and medical staff processes.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop facility leadership teams.

  • Support workforce planning, performance management, and team development initiatives.

  • Drive quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience programs.

  • Manage vendor relationships, service agreements, and physician contracts.

  • Partner with corporate leadership on operational reviews, reporting, and strategic initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities for service line growth and process improvement.


What You'll Bring



  • Experience leading ambulatory surgery center operations or hospital surgical services.

  • Healthcare leadership experience with responsibility for operations, financial performance, and team development.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards.

  • Experience managing budgets, staffing plans, and operational improvement initiatives.

  • Strong physician relationship management skills.

  • Ability to lead multiple facilities and collaborate with diverse healthcare teams.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
