Job Description - Regional Analyst - Hiring Urgently

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

Review client leases and other lease related transactions (billbacks)
Review annual OPEX (CAM) reconciliations
Assist with review of assigned tasks for monthly accounting cycle
Summarizing/consolidation of variance notes each month (Lincoln provides variance explanations at a hospital campus level based on monthly or quarterly financial reports; assist with preparing, reviewing, compiling information)
Support Property Manager and Regional Director with various client reports
Assist with client audits
Provide training webinars for Property Managers on various topics
Assist in client property transitions in any way needed
Assist with client operations software projects
Assist PMs on reviewing/reconciling tenant ledgers
Secondary review of next year's budgets
Assist with special projects as needed
Assist the field as needed with one time and/or routine tasks

Requirements

Property Management experience
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Comfortable in paperless environment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Positive, energetic attitude
Detailed and task oriented
Understands and respects the importance of relationships with both internal and external customers
Proficient PC skills required (Excel/Word/Adobe/Outlook)

Pay Range

$75,000—$80,000 USD
