General Responsibilities:
Embrace Peoples Security Bank and Trust brand, mission, core values and service philosophy. Together, with the assigned branches, develop and maintain relationships while promoting and selling the bank’s products and services. Implement strategies to achieve goals developed for the offices as part of the Retail Banking Division's annual operating plan. Ensure the offices compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements. Communicate with appropriate management and staff and provide periodic reports..

Basic Qualifications:
Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in a related field normally required.
Skill(s): Accomplished and enthusiastic leader. Outstanding player/coach. Demonstrated ability to ensure repeatable sales processes are executed. Financial acumen. Focus on delivery of exceptional client experience. Deep understanding of financial products and services, policies, and branch operating procedures. Must demonstrate strong communication skills, strong understanding of loan documentation, moderate computer skills, and the ability to quickly learn new technology.
Experience: A minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of branch experience normally required.
