Who are you?
You’re a driven sales leader who thrives on building relationships and growing business. At C&N, we’re seeking a Regional Business Banking Manager to lead business development efforts and deliver Treasury Management and business banking solutions to clients across the region. In this role, you’ll focus on expanding deposits and business services while leading and supporting a high-performing sales team.
If you enjoy being out in the market, working directly with clients, collaborating across lines of business, and driving results through people and strategy, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
You will be responsible for:
Operational & Compliance Oversight – Ensure all agreements, documentation, and account openings are complete, accurate, and compliant with bank policies, including CIP requirements.
Team Development – Supervise, coach, and develop team members as needed. Set goals, provide feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and support training and career growth.
Requirements:
Education & Experience – You will need a Bachelor’s degree AND 2–4 years of related experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Requirement – Extensive travel to customer locations is required.
Skills – You should possess well-developed abilities and a proven track record in the following areas:
Sales leadership and business development
Relationship management and client engagement
