Your Role: Regional Business Development Executive
This high-impact, client-facing role will focus on cultivating strong referral networks and delivering thoughtful in-home consultations to senior clients and their families. As Regional Business Development Executive, you’ll represent our brand with professionalism and empathy—developing trusted relationships with senior living communities, real estate professionals, and other strategic partners. You'll also lead the client intake process for your region, assessing project scope and translating client needs into actionable, high-value service estimates.
This role is ideal for someone with business development acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a heart for helping seniors navigate life’s transitions.
Key Responsibilities
Community & Referral Development (50%)
- Identify, engage, and build lasting relationships with key referral partners including independent/assisted living communities, realtors, senior service providers, and estate attorneys.
- Actively network and represent Top Tier Transitions at industry events, professional groups, and community forums.
- Strategically grow our visibility and reputation in the Western Suburbs through targeted outreach and thoughtful follow-up.
Client Consultation & Sales (50%)
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients—conducting in-home consultations to assess project scope and deliver a tailored estimate for services.
- Listen with empathy and professionalism to guide families through available solutions, educating them on our full-service approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate client goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment between consultation promises and service delivery.
- Close business and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continuity of service.
Who You Are
- A polished relationship builder with strong emotional intelligence and a consultative relationship and sales style.
- Experienced in business development, relationship management, or high-touch sales - with direct experience working with Senior Communities and Senior Buyers.
- Able to confidently lead client conversations and develop proposals tailored to complex, personal needs.
- Highly motivated, independent, and growth-oriented.
- An excellent communicator—equally skilled at listening deeply and presenting persuasively.
- Located in or near the Western Suburbs of Chicago, with reliable transportation.
Requirements
- 10+ years in a sales, partnerships, or client development role (senior services or real estate industry preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational and CRM tracking skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
- Passion for service and making a meaningful impact
