Regional CDL-A Driver Needed $1, 300$1, 500 Weekly - Home Every Weekend!

Join our team of dedicated drivers running a regional dry van route out of Columbus, OH. We’re looking for drivers with a minimum of 6 months experience, as well as new CDL-A graduates with a valid CDL-A. This is a 100% no-touch freight position, and you’ll be home every weekend for your reset!

What We Offer:

• Running States: KY, OH, MI, IN
• Home Time: Out Monday, home Saturday – Weekends at home for reset
• Pay Rate: $0.55 – $0.65 CPM (based on experience)
• Weekly Earnings: $1,300 – $1,500
• Short Haul Pay: $50 per short haul
• Miles: 1,900 – 2,100 miles per week
• Driving Shifts: Both day and night driving required
• Bonuses: Performance bonus program available
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401K, and PTO after 30 days
• Rider & Pet Policy: Allowed from day one for experienced drivers
• Orientation: Paid orientation, travel, and hotel included

For Recent CDL-A Graduates:

• Training: Regional & OTR for 4-6 weeks
• Pay During Training: $650 per week
• Home Time: Home every week (34-48 hours)
• Rider & Pet Policy: Available after training

Requirements:

• Age: Must be 21 years or older
• CDL-A Experience: Minimum of 6 months recent CDL experience
• Clean Record: No major accidents or violations in the past 5 years
• Work History: Solid 10-year work history with no major gaps
• No Safety Violations: Must not have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns
• Accidents: No DOT preventable accidents, no major accidents, no more than 2 preventable incidents in the last 5 years
• No Criminal History: No DUI's, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 10 years
• Drug Screening: Mandatory urine AND hair pre-employment drug screen

Salary:

• Annual Pay: $62,000 – $78,000 per year
