Regional CDL-A Drivers Home weekly -Texas and South West runs

We’re hiring Class A CDL drivers to run regional freight throughout Texas and the Southwest. Get home weekly, haul only no-touch freight, and enjoy consistent miles in late-model equipment. With rider and pet policies from day one and performance bonuses, this is a position built for driver comfort and stability.

What We Offer:

• Home Time: Weekly – 34-hour reset at home

• Pay: $0.54–$0.60 CPM (based on verified experience)

• Miles: 2,300+ weekly (varies by HOS and availability)

• Average weekly pay : $1.300 -$1.800
  

• Freight: 100% no-touch | 50–60% drop & hook

• Lanes: TX, OK, AR, MS, LA, and Western TN

• Equipment: 2021+ Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth models

• Support: 24/7 dispatch available

• Policies: Rider (12+ yrs) & pet-friendly (dogs/cats) – effective day one

Extra Pay & Bonuses:

• Detention Pay: $12.50/hour (after 2 hours)

• Layover / Breakdown: $100/day

• Performance Bonus: Up to 3 CPM extra

Benefits & Orientation:

Job Requirements:

• Age: 21+

• Experience: 3+ months recent CDL-A (within last 3 years – local, regional, or OTR)

• Trailer Experience: Must have hauled trailers over 40 feet

• Driving Record:

  • Max 3 moving violations in 3 years (no more than 2 in past 12 months)

• Safety Record:

  • Max 4 total incidents in 3 years

  • No DOT-recordable accidents

• Drug Testing:

  • Must pass urine + hair follicle test

  • No SAP drivers accepted
