Job Description - Regional Channel Director- Northeast

Eaton Corporation\u2019s North America Electrical Sales Division is seeking a strategic, results\u2011driven Regional Channel Director to lead the Northeast region. Candidates must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, one of the following states: Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Virginia, or Maine. This high\u2011impact role is responsible for guiding and developing a team of distributor sales specialists to accelerate growth within the electrical wholesale channel. The Regional Channel Director will also cultivate and maintain strong national\u2011level relationships with key strategic accounts to ensure alignment with Eaton\u2019s broader commercial objectives.\n\nThe expected annual salary range for this role is $165000 - $242000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.\n\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n\u2022 Develop and implement strategic plans and programs with Eaton\u0027s electrical wholesalers within a specific geography, in alignment with Product Line and Field Sales management objectives. \n\u2022 Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and regional channels, as well as Regional Management, to ensure cohesive and effective communication. \n\u2022 Oversee and coordinate all of Eaton\u2019s electrical sector sales and marketing initiatives across the region. \n\u2022 Lead the integration of legacy relationships with electrical wholesalers to maximize channel effectiveness for the expanded electrical sector in North America. \n\u2022 Act as a consultant to the sales leadership team in developing and implementing general sales force district distribution plans for the region. \n\u2022 Provide strategic direction for a team managing approximately $300 \u2013 $500 million in sales, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nRequired Qualifications: \n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited institution. \n\u2022 Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, industrial sales, sales management, marketing and/or channel development. \n\u2022 Valid and unrestricted driver\u2019s license. \n\u2022 Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.\n\n \nPreferred Qualifications: \n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering. \n\u2022 MBA.\n\nWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
