Drivers average $1,500 to $1,800 per week, with additional compensation opportunities through multiple incentive programs.

Unlike positions requiring extended stretches away from home, this operation provides weekly resets that alternate between approximately 34 and 48 hours.

Compensation Beyond Regular Mileage Pay

Drivers can increase their earnings through available fuel efficiency, safety, quarterly performance, and annual bonus programs. Qualified applicants may also receive a sign on bonus after completing orientation.

Weekly compensation depends on freight movement, mileage, and operating conditions.

Freight and Equipment

A Class A CDL Truck Driver on this fleet handles primarily drop and hook freight along with scheduled live loading and unloading appointments. Physical freight handling is generally unnecessary, although occasional minor adjustments may be required to secure a load.

Drivers operate 2019 through 2022 International ProStar tractors equipped with APUs and power inverters. These features provide additional convenience during overnight trips.

Dispatch coordinates assignments throughout the week to support consistent freight movement and regular home time.

Orientation and Qualifications

Paid orientation includes covered travel expenses for qualifying new drivers.

Every Class A CDL Truck Driver applicant must possess a valid Class A CDL and have at least six months of verifiable Class A tractor trailer experience within the previous 12 months. Applicants must also satisfy applicable DOT and company safety requirements.
