As a Regional Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple clinics within your designated region. You will work closely with a team of audiologists, hearing instrument specialists, and support staff to deliver top-notch patient care and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to increase patient volume and revenue within the region.
Provide leadership, training, and support to clinic staff to ensure a consistently high level of service and performance.
Monitor and track clinic performance, including key metrics such as patient satisfaction, conversion rates, and revenue.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute local marketing initiatives to attract and retain patients.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Oversee inventory management and purchasing for clinics within the region.
Handle and resolve any patient complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to clinic staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinic management, preferably in the audiology or healthcare industry.
Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to travel within the region as needed.
