REGIONAL CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Description

The Regional Clinical Director will join our corporate clinical management team, reporting to the Regional Operations Director. In this role, you will focus on leading and developing our facility-level nurses and managers. This includes hands-on assessing, coaching, and training; quality assurance and improvement, supervisory and management skill development, meeting clinical outcome expectations, and regulatory compliance. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Performs duties and responsibilities with assigned functional areas which may include, but are not limited to, any combination of the following tasks: 

• Develop our nursing teams in the area of post-acute services including regulatory compliance, quality measures, staffing, and daily routines. 
• Passionate dedication to customer service; excellent leadership and communication skills. 
• Extensive travel within the states of Illinois and Missouri is required in this position. 
• Must be willing to temporarily fill the Director of Nursing vacancies in our facilities. 

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRMENTS  

• Valid Illinois Registered Nurse license required.  
• Vaid Missouri Registered Nurse license highly desirable.  
• Nursing Home Administrator licensure highly desirable
• BSN or greater level of educational achievement required 
• Five years’(5) minimum healthcare management experience, with the highest preference going to applicants with a background in long-term care, acute care, post-acute care, transitional care, or a similar field. 
• Ability to accept interim assignments at our locations 
• Strong leadership, communication, management, and organizational skills 
• Exceptional commitment to customer service and employee well-being 
• Thorough understanding of financial, quality assurance, and management processes 
• Basic computer skills required
