As we continue to grow across Virginia, we are looking for a Regional Clinical Director to lead with integrity, support our clinical teams, and champion the highest standards of care. With us, you will join a leadership team that values collaboration, creativity, compassion, and innovation. We support our team as whole people—offering opportunities for growth, encouraging work-life balance, and fostering a culture of transparency and respect. • Family & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with families and support teams to address questions, concerns, and progress, ensuring satisfaction and transparency.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work in partnership with the operations division to support appropriate case assignments, onboarding, and team alignment.
  • Leadership Development & Training: Support hiring, orientation, and mentorship of new team members and clinical interns. Facilitate clinical trainings and enforce internal policies and procedures.
  • Operational Partnership: Participate in staffing audits, productivity tracking, and clinic walkthroughs. Ensure region-wide compliance with state regulations, payer expectations, and BACB guidelines.
