Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions (LBHS) provides individual, outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, psychiatric services, and medication assisted treatment for mental health and substance abuse treatment needs. Position: Regional Clinical Manager


Job Summary: The Regional Clinical Manager (RCM) ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care by supervising and supporting licensed therapists, social workers, and clinical support staff. The RCM promotes clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and alignment with evidence-based practices to improve client/patient outcomes.


Reports to: Regional Director of Operations


Duties and Responsibilities:


Duties include, but are not limited to:



  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight to licensed professionals and behavioral health staff across multiple programs or locations

  • Ensure fidelity to treatment models, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements including HIPAA, state licensure standards, and accreditation bodies

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality, coach clinical staff, and support program implementation

  • Facilitate case consultations, clinical audits, and quality assurance reviews to ensure effective and ethical treatment delivery

  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development of clinical team members

  • Monitor and be accountable to clinical performance metrics, client outcomes, and compliance indicators; implement action plans for continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with treatment center directors, regional leaders, and quality teams to enhance service delivery, client engagement, and staff retention

  • Serve as a liaison between frontline clinical teams and executive leadership, advocating for client needs and clinical staff support

  • Support crisis intervention protocols and provide guidance on complex or high-risk clinical cases

  • Stay current with trends in behavioral health, licensure requirements, and therapeutic best practices

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Work Environment:



  • Travel required (up to 50%, depending on location)

  • On-site role with a mix of assigned treatment centers and other office-based supervision

  • May include occasional evening or weekend hours based on program needs


Required Experience/Abilities:



  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field required.

  • Minimum of 5 years post-licensure clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role within a behavioral health setting.

  • Active independent clinical license in good standing.

  • Valid State of Ohio Driver's License and insurance

  • Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screen


Desired Experience/Abilities:



  • Expertise in behavioral health interventions, trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, and co-occurring disorders

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across diverse settings.

  • Proficient in EHR systems and clinical documentation
