Job Description - Regional CRM Manager (US market)

Regional CRM Manager position is focused on the US market within the online gaming sector. The role involves planning and executing localised campaigns across casino and sportsbook products to increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.



This is an on-site position, based in New Jersey, US or Limassol, Cyprus. Relocation is provided by the company.



Responsibilities:




  • Develop and implement localised CRM campaigns aimed at increasing retention, reactivation, and lifetime value for players in the New Jersey market across both casino and sportsbook.

  • Plan and manage lifecycle, engagement, and promotional initiatives specific to casino and sportsbook audiences.

  • Ensure all CRM activity adheres to regulatory requirements in the US, including responsible gaming standards.

  • Analyse customer behaviour and campaign outcomes to inform ongoing strategy and content optimisation.

  • Use leading CRM tools to drive segmentation, automation and personalisation in both verticals.

  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure all actions are insight-driven and tailored to player profiles.

  • Coordinate with product and marketing teams to maintain consistency in messaging and a seamless user journey across platforms.

  • Monitor local trends, competitor actions, and player feedback in both casino and sportsbook to adjust and refine CRM efforts.



Requirements:




  • Experience working with the US gaming market, with knowledge of licensing and regulatory frameworks.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a CRM-focused role, ideally within the gambling or online gaming industry.

  • Practical knowledge of CRM tools such as Optimove, Symplify, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, retention strategies, and performance tracking.

  • Experience working with both casino and sportsbook products is a strong advantage.

  • Well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to learning and adapting in a dynamic environment.

  • Advanced level of proficiency in English.
