Job Description - Regional Customer Service Associate

Overview

IST Management is seeking a Regional Customer Service Associate to join our team at IST Management Services! The Regional Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing customer service in both corporate and legal offices in San Francisco and Mid-Peninsula Area. They will need to cover multiple sites and positions with a single site per day. Sites range from professional office to shipping and receiving, as well as mail distribution. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in hospitality or customer service, office skills, general PC knowledge, are willing to train, possess a level of professionalism and are ready to grow in their office services career!

Responsibilities

The Regional Customer Service Associate will be responsible for handling tasks and projects as assignedReception -

Answering calls, forwarding voice-mails, greet guests, validate parking, etc.Hospitality -

Ensure site common areas are well-stocked and maintained, check conference rooms and reset after meetings, handle catering requests, etc.Mail Room -

Process incoming and outgoing mail/packages throughout office and campus environmentsCopy Center -

Fulfill scan/print requests according to the instructions providedMaintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitudeConsistently adhere to business procedure guidelinesPerform other tasks as assignedQualifications

Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in customer service and be comfortable supporting multiple offices in San Francisco and Mid-Peninsula.

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)Reliable transportation to locations accessible by public transportation as well as those more remoteCustomer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferredProfessional appearance and demeanorKeyboarding and windows environment PC skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to meet employer's attendance policyLifting up to 55 pounds
