Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Goodpack’s depot facilities, which include both 3PL depots and a company-run facility, across the region. This role encompasses all aspects of depot management, including personnel management, inventory control, safety compliance, client satisfaction, quality assurance and budget and cost control.
Key Responsibilities: strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies. a safety-first culture among depot personnel. and report safety incidents, implementing corrective actions. and manage annual budgets for the North and Central America region's depots. fiscal responsibility by controlling expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities train, and lead depot managers, supervisors, warehouse staff, and administrative personnel. regular performance evaluations and provide guidance and feedback to team and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for depot operations. identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. and manage depot expenses within budget constraints. with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements. client concerns and work to exceed their expectations.
Desired Software Experience: MS Office programs SAP knowledge is preference
