Requirements for Regional Dining Managers:
- Minimum three years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
- Stable work history (no more than 2 jobs in 5 years)
- Ability to oversee six or more locations
- Proficiency in P&L management, training, hiring, firing, budgeting, and inventory
- Valid driver's license
