Position Overview:

This is a great opportunity for a highly experienced home care nurse looking to transition into a leadership role. While the title is "Regional Director," the position functions more as a supervisory role and does not require prior management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

The Regional Director is a Registered Professional Nurse who is responsible for overall management and oversight of clinical activities. He/She assures the provision of quality patient care and appropriate provision of services in the community, utilizing critical thinking, clinical competency, and sound professional judgment when dealing with personnel issues, patient-related problems, and daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: 
• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Bachelor’s in Nursing/Health/Human Services field.
• Licensure: Active NY RN License
• Experience:
• 2+ years home care (or equivalent)
• Regulatory knowledge (NY State/Federal CHHA rules)
• Technical Skills: Home Care Home Base EMR proficiency
• Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, exceptional communication, team mentorship
