As a Regional Director, you will serve as a key operational leader responsible for driving performance, culture, and client satisfaction across a multi-unit portfolio that includes corporate dining, workplace pantries, coffee and juice bars, and premium catering operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field — coaching teams, engaging with clients, owning the P&L, and ensuring every Dartcor experience reflects our signature standard of excellence.
What You'll Do:
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of General Managers, Chefs, and Chef Managers to deliver hospitality-driven excellence.
Be a visible, in-the-trenches leader — working side-by-side with teams to model Dartcor’s service and execution standards.
Build a culture of accountability, pride, and continuous improvement through consistent feedback, coaching, and recognition.
Drive engagement, retention, and growth through strong communication, development planning, and follow-through.
Operational & Financial Excellence
Own the P&L for all units in your region — ensuring strong financial health, accurate forecasting, and cost management.
Monitor and drive performance on key metrics: revenue growth, labor, COGS, guest satisfaction, and compliance.
Conduct regular site visits, audits, and reviews to uphold Dartcor standards for safety, quality, and service.
Partner with Chefs and Managers to ensure consistency of execution, presentation, and hospitality across all accounts.
Client Partnership
Serve as the primary relationship lead for key clients in your region — ensuring open communication, responsiveness, and trust.
Proactively engage clients through regular business reviews and strategic discussions to align goals and expectations.
Identify and act on opportunities for program improvement, growth, and innovation within each partnership.
Represent Dartcor with professionalism and warmth, reinforcing our reputation as a best-in-class hospitality partner.
Culinary & Experience Standards
Collaborate with the Culinary Leadership Team to maintain menu integrity, presentation, and creativity at every location.
Ensure service standards reflect Dartcor’s elevated approach — from guest interaction to visual presentation and cleanliness.
Championing the guest experience, ensuring every meal, coffee, and interaction embodies care, consistency, and excellence.
Innovation & Growth
Drive forward-thinking ideas that enhance the guest experience and operational performance.
Partner with senior leadership to pilot new initiatives, concepts, and technology platforms that elevate efficiency and engagement.
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Dartcor’s culture of innovation, sustainability, and hospitality
What We Need From You:
7+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, food service, or corporate dining, with multi-unit oversight.
Experience in fine dining restaurant and hotel operations.
Proven success managing financial performance, client relationships, and operational excellence across multiple sites.
Skilled communicator with the ability to connect with both clients and frontline teams.
Strong leadership presence — calm under pressure, decisive, and empathetic.
Highly organized, analytical, and adept at balancing strategy with day-to-day execution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Restaurant365 (R365) and Toast POS preferred.
Availability for daily travel within New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.
5-day work week, 7-day availability.
