The Regional Director is the senior business leader responsible for the growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational performance of a multi-branch MGX region. The role establishes regional strategies and leads execution to achieve company objectives.
The Regional Director owns regional results and serves as the primary link between enterprise strategy and field execution. This leader develops regional business plans, drives market growth, coaches branch leadership, allocates resources, and ensures consistent execution across equipment sales, rentals, service, parts, used equipment, and upfit operations.
The Regional Director creates a highly customer-focused culture while improving financial performance, strengthening operating discipline, and developing future leaders. The role focuses on performance improvement, sound commercial decisions, and consistent branch execution.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Keep field execution aligned with enterprise objectives and deliver one consistent MGX customer experience.
Strong understanding of service and aftermarket businesses.
Master of Business Administration or another relevant advanced degree.
Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence training.
Experience with sales, inventory, and operations planning; forecasting; inventory management; and fleet planning.
Experience using enterprise resource planning, field service, business intelligence, or operational performance systems.
