Regional Director - Electrical Distribution Construction - Urgent Role

The Regional Director is responsible for the overall management of the electrical distribution construction team in a specific region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical transmission and distribution, distribution line construction, and high voltage utility construction. They will also have a proven track record of success in managing and motivating teams, as well as a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the electrical distribution construction team in a specific region
• Develop and implement construction plans and schedules
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team
• Manage budgets and resources
• Resolve construction issues and problems
• Ensure that all work is completed in a safe and timely manner
• Meet or exceed all quality standards
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members
• Recruit and hire new team members
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in electrical distribution construction
• Strong understanding of electrical transmission and distribution, distribution line construction, and high voltage utility construction
• Proven track record of success in managing and motivating teams
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
