WE OFFER:
As Dungarvin’s Regional Director, you will serve as a senior operational executive leading a multi-state region across Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. You will drive quality outcomes, financial performance, regulatory excellence, leadership development, and strategic growth across a diverse portfolio of services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This high-impact role oversees a $50M+ operation supporting approximately 700 employees across residential services, ICF/IID, day programs, employment services, and community-based supports. As a key partner to the COO and executive team, you will shape regional strategy, support growth and acquisition initiatives, navigate complex operational challenges, and develop high-performing leaders.
