Description

MAY Management is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director to lead our growing and fast-paced property management operations across multiple offices in Florida. This is a key leadership role requiring strong organizational, management, and leadership skills. The Regional Director will oversee operations across multiple offices, client relationships, business development, and a team of community managers to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Leadership & People Management

  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Senior Community Association Managers and staff.
  • Provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities for managers seeking career growth.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and regular one-on-one meetings.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new managers and ensure a seamless transition into their roles.

Operations & Business Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve branch objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational metrics to meet or exceed targets.
  • Ensure compliance with community association management principles, governing documents, and state regulations.
  • Implement technology and software solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Client & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, board members, and stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and tailored solutions to community needs.
  • Develop client relationship management strategies to enhance retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage high-risk accounts and create action plans for improving service and community engagement.
  • Oversee new client onboarding and ensure a smooth integration process.

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify new business opportunities and participate in marketing efforts to expand the client base.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating the value and benefits of MAY Management’s products and services.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement business plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Work with internal teams to create new service offerings that enhance client relationships and revenue growth.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time position with a standard schedule of Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 5 p.m., Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. 
  • Flexibility may be required for meetings, events, or urgent matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Community Association Manager, with leadership or management experience.
  • Active Florida CAM (LCAM) license required.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills with a proven track record of leading teams and driving results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and staff.
  • In-depth knowledge of community association management principles, financial management, and governing documents.
  • Business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and delivering financial results.
  • Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant industry tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and use a keyboard.
  • Ability to move around the office and hear for telephone communications.

Salary Description

$105,000 - $120,000
