What You'll Do:
  • Strategic leadership and oversight of clinical operations across multiple senior living communities, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Financial stewardship, including budget management, expense optimization, and identification of opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Mentorship and development of community leaders and clinical teams to achieve and exceed operational targets, driving culture through servant leadership.
  • Execution of company-wide strategic initiatives to elevate resident satisfaction, engagement, and the quality of care provided.
  • Facilitation of collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to enhance operational systems, processes, and practices.
  • Regular assessment of community operations through site visits, performance evaluations, and enforcement of policy and procedure consistency.

What You'll Need: 
  • Active RN license in state of regional operation, required.
  • At minimum 5 years of clinical leadership experience within senior living, required.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of mentoring, inspiring, and driving teams towards excellence.
  • Experience leading or supporting turnaround initiatives, with exceptional attention to detail and operational discipline.
  • Demonstrated sales success and revenue growth, coupled with a strong desire to work within a high-performance leadership team is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 100% of the time (at minimum 4 days per week) and 24/7 on-call availability to support communities, required.
