Location: REMOTE -this role can be performed in the Los Angeles or New York, TX location.
We are currently seeking to hire a Regional Director of Online Education to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing all marketing and sales for the company to drive company revenue and increase our enrollment rates. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Education.
Responsibilities:
Create work plans and comprehensively promote the marketing and sales work.
Director the work of regional Online Education Managers.
Increase sales through self- established executive contacts in school districts and school organizations.
Create the Sale work procedure and build the team.
Analyze the online education business market, study the company’s business development strategy and improve the marketing plan.
Develop and maintain customer relationships, establish efficient operational systems.
Create and improve the regulation for the company and customers, lead the team to implement it in an orderly manner.
Qualifications:
More than 5 years school district and / or private school executive level experience. .
More than 2 years teaching experience at school or school district.
Strong leadership qualities, good communication skills, Business development capability.
Ability to build rapport with school districts and school.
