Regional Director of Operations – Northern Washington

Location Requirement: Must reside between Bellingham and Everett/North Seattle (regional travel required)

Not remote. Hybrid role. Must be visiting programs 3-4 days per week. 

Directing programs in: Sedro Wooley, Stanwood, Tukwila.

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule:
Full-Time, Salaried | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Participation in a scheduled on-call rotation is required.

Compensation:
Starting salary range: $157,519.25 – $194,565.62 annually
Full range up to $231,611.98

Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.

Qualifications

  10+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership

  Multi-site leadership experience (behavioral health preferred)

  Master’s degree in a related field
