Responsibilities

Develops an organized marketing and sales approach to effectively move prospects through the sales process to achieve budgeted occupancy targets.
Responsible for maintaining budgeted occupancy by both generating the number of qualified inquiries, referrals, and tours and then effectively closing the sale.
Receives and/or responds to all incoming calls for inquiries. Follow-up with the inquiries via effective telephone calls, card/letters, mailing of marketing information and other means in an effort to meet budgeted occupancy.
Keeps referral, mailing list and customer information up-to-date.
Identifies, builds and develops an effective network of community and professional sources.
Generate, cultivate, and maintain external referral relationships with local professional groups and healthcare organizations. Increase awareness, reputation, and knowledge of the community with key decision makers. Attain commitments to refer prospective residents from local referral sources.
Develop and manage internal referral programs with residents. Develop leads from new/current residents, potential residents, and family members.
Monitors condition of all model rooms and respite rooms daily. Ensure that all rooms are ready for tour activity
Conducts morning walk-through of community to ensure readiness for property tours. Ensures all common areas needing attention are addressed at the beginning of each day, prior to any tour activity.
Attends all appropriate networking functions in the area.
Assists with the processing of all required information necessary to complete a successful move in.
Works with the Executive Director to establish a creative marketing and lead plan for the community.
Keeps informed of all trends, developments, concepts and techniques in his/her field that affect our product.
Assists with the setting-up and tearing down of special events.
Encourages teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
Performs other duties consistent with the position as assigned.

Qualifications

Prior experience in marketing, sales, advertising and client experience preferred.
Telephone sales experience preferred.
A Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
Excellent writing/communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel)
Proficiency with customer/lead (CRM) tracking systems.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to work under pressure with high demands for results.
Collaborate with VP Sales & Marketing to create and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Partner with 3rd party organizations as it pertains to sales and marketing.
