Regional Driver

IMPORTANT: Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) REQUIRED!!

OVERVIEW:

Were looking for 3+ months experienced drivers for a nationally recognized trucking company. Drivers must have weekly personal transportation to and from the distribution center.

COMPANY DRIVER BENEFITS:

• Annual earnings potential up to $60,000+
• Drivers can typically earn $1,150 - $1,200/week if averaging 1,550 miles & 3+ loads weekly
• Orientation: One-day classroom orientation, paid $100
• 3-5 Stops per day with $15 Per Stop Paid (excluding first & last)
• Home Time: Minimum weekly, with 34-hour resets typically starting Saturday and ending Monday
• Paid Vacation starts at 1week (up to 4 weeks based on # years with company)

RESPONSIBILITIES & DETAILS:

• Night, Weekend, & Holiday work required based on route schedule
• 1,550 Average Miles Per Week
• Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, but 50% live load/unload at customer locations
• Delivery Zones: NC, SC, GA, TN, PA, WV, VA, OH
• Occasional Saturday loads required
• Strong customer service skills and patience
• Willingness to drive early mornings and throughout the day
• Must meet physical requirements and be able to complete multiple stops daily.

MUST HAVE:

• Must be 21 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CDL Class A
• Must live within 80 miles of Hickory, NC
• Must have personal transportation to and from the Distribution Center (DC) NOTE: trucks cannot be taken home
