Regional Financing Head

About the Job 

As Regional Head of 4-Wheeler Financing vertical for West region, you will be responsible to lead and oversee the financing operations across the Western Region. You will be responsible for driving regional business growth, achieving sales and recovery targets, managing and developing the regional team, strengthening dealer and customer relationships, and ensuring operational and credit processes are executed effectively and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, sound knowledge of 4-wheeler financing, and a proven track record in sales, business development, and team management within the financial services sector. 

Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee end-to-end 4-wheeler financing operations across the assigned region. 
• Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve finance sales, revenue, profitability, and portfolio growth targets. 
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence. 
• Drive business development and finance sales through effective market plans,dealer engagement, customer acquisition, and lead conversion. 
• Actively manage and convert online and other sales leads to maximize business opportunities. 
• Lead, coach, mentor, and manage Regional Officers and Loan Officers to achieve individual and regional performance targets. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key automobile dealers, business partners, and customers. 
• Oversee regional recovery activities and ensure collection and recovery targets are consistently achieved. 
• Monitor portfolio quality and proactively identify and address potential credit and operational 
risks. 
• Ensure robust credit assessment, documentation, and approval processes are followed in accordance with established policies. 
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, procedures, and risk management guidelines. 
• Promote a customer-centric approach across all regional operations and ensure a high standard of customer service. 

• Analyze regional performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve 
productivity and profitability. 
• Prepare and present regular business, sales, portfolio, and recovery performance reports to 
senior management. 
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture within the regional team. 
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and contribute to the continuous improvement of regional financing processes. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector, with at least 2 years 
in a supervisory or leadership role. 
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and portfolio management within the 
finance sector. 
• Prior experience in 4-wheeler/auto financing will be highly preferred. 
• Strong leadership, people management, and team-building capabilities. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong understanding of 4-wheeler financing products, lending practices, market dynamics, and customer acquisition strategies. 
• Sound understanding of credit assessment, portfolio quality, and recovery processes. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach. 
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within tight deadlines. 
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region as required.
