Job Overview
As a Regional Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing human resources functions for multiple sites and ensuring consistent application of company policies and compliance. You will play a key role in implementing HR strategies to support the company's overall objectives. This position requires that you have experience in HR in a Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care setting.

Duties



  • Regularly visit sites and engage with employees and managers

  • Assists in implementing Human Resources activities within the facility

  • Identify training needs and support employee development

  • Work with the sites and provide guidance on employee matters as directed by VP of HR

  • Develops and maintains a good working rapport with other departments within the facility

  • Ensuring compliance with employment labor laws and regulations

  • Utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment purposes


Requirements to join the team:



  • College education in business/human resources preferred.

  • Must minimally be a high school graduate.

  • Must have experience in human resources in long term care

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
