About the Role:
The Regional Human Resources Manager is a critical on-site role based in Florida, primarily serving The Surf Club Restaurant, Bouchon Bistro Coral Gables, and Per Se. This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources in Napa, California. It is tailored for a career-driven HR professional eager to expand their expertise and influence within a highly regarded, chef-driven restaurant group.

The menu offers seasonally driven French bistro fare and is the third Bouchon Bistro for Chef Keller, following his flagship location in Yountville, CA, and Bouchon Bistro in Las Vegas, NV.
