    • Ensure completion and follow-up of studio audits, operational checklists, and brand standards.

 Sales & Membership Growth

    • Be hands-on during the first 30–60 days post-opening to ensure KPI targets and operational readiness are met.

What Success Looks Like in the First 6–12 Months

    • All studios meeting or exceeding membership and retention targets

    • Studio Leads operating independently with strong bench strength

    • Clean audits, consistent KPIs, and high client satisfaction

    • A results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced, multi-unit environments.

    • Client-first and sales-minded, dedicated to operational excellence and people development.

    • Passionate about sales, eager to learn, and committed to helping your team grow

    • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

    • Confident in holding teams accountable while building trust, engagement, and high morale.
