Regional Lead/Principal Engineer & Preconstruction Manager, PE job in the San Francisco Bay Area

This is a permanent, full time position that offers a great salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Work with our team in designing, estimating, writing proposals, and executing projects


• Manage and train Design Engineers


• Coordinate with Principal Engineer and VP


• Meet with Owners and General Contractors to win upcoming projects and exceed their expectations on current projects


• Attend Preconstruction meetings


• Communicate with Architecture and Engineering firms on projects


• Write proposals

Requirements:

• Active PE License in CA and BSME


• Familiar with Design-Build, Title 24, and OSHPD


• Advanced hands-on technical knowledge with CAD, Revit, Trace, HAP, among other applications


• Work for a medium or large commercial hvac or plumbing construction company for 5+ years
