As the Regional LPN & QE Architect, you aren't just a clinician; you are the blueprint for safety, compliance, and clinical excellence. Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
Licensure: Active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
Experience: 3+ years of nursing experience, preferably in I/DD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) or Community Health.
Specialization: Strong background in Behavioral Health Nursing or Psychiatric care highly preferred.
Certifications: Ability to obtain/maintain "Trainer" status for CPR, First Aid, and Med-Aide programs.
