Regional Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Greater Richmond Area, VA – 25%

· Manage routine, preventative, turnover, and emergency maintenance needs

· Eliminate the need for third-party vendors by completing non-routine tasks such as: power washing, exterior lighting replacement, parking lot cold patching, turnover painting, flower bed management, exterior door repairs, HVAC unit/component replacement, interior/exterior painting, bi-weekly common area cleaning, and electrical outlet installations

• Corporate Responsibilities – 75%

· Oversee day-to-day and preventive maintenance programs for all properties

· Direct, train, and support onsite maintenance teams across multiple properties
Ensure timely completion of service requests, work orders, and capital improvement projects

· Monitor vendor and contractor performance; negotiate and manage maintenance-related contracts

· Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and curb appeal standards

· Monitor and control maintenance expenses within budget guidelines

· Provide technical guidance and recommendations during property acquisitions, renovations, or capital projects

· Support leasing and resident services by ensuring units and common areas meet high-quality standards

· Present weekly updates to Housing Program Managers during Tactical Meetings

• Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· HVAC certification

· CAMT certification

· EPA certification

· Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role

· Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems

· Demonstrated leadership of maintenance teams

· Ability to travel up to 25% to support regional properties and initiatives
