Job Description - Regional Manager

Airswift is looking for a Regional Manager to join their team in Midland, TX.

Role Description

The Regional Manager will be responsible for leading, promoting and selling the services of Airswift and developing business relationships that result in strong financial results. This role will motivate and guide the team toward reaching all sales goals.


Principle Accountabilities:
  • Lead by example and manage day-to-day operations of the Airswift Business, implementing and enforcing all Airswift systems and policies, including, but not limited to: sales, marketing, and HSE.
  • Responsible for the Midland division’s budget and forecasting.
  • Responsible for tracking utilisation and cost of all equipment and tools, procurement and cost tracking of all material for assigned projects.
  • Responsible for cost-to-benefit analysis for assigned projects.
  • Work with customers, vendors, and internal company stakeholders to define, scope, design, and implement projects.
  • Develop and comply with standardised workflows to effectively manage project delivery within the contracted scope, timeline, and cost to ensure a first-class customer experience/product.
  • Establish metrics to measure, report on, and improve both individual, team and third-party project delivery performance to maintain peak efficiency.
  • Network with internal teams to define system improvements to optimise operations and improve the customer experience.
  • Responsible for the identification and development of new business and sales opportunities within North American Accounts.
  • Promote the services of Airswift and build lasting and productive business relationships that are mutually beneficial. 
  • Demonstrate to the client how Airswift adds value in achieving their strategic goals.
  • Have a positive and determined approach to identifying new business opportunities using leads, business networking, relevant research tools, region-specific targeting and cold calling.
  • Develop opportunities with clients by maximising, implementing and maintaining a sound marketing strategy.  (Including advertising, networking, Chamber of Commerce and other industry-specific organisations)
  • Works effectively with the Delivery Centre to facilitate job interviews and placements for clients
  • Meet sales targets (KPIs) which are agreed upon with the Regional Director/VP.
  • Monitor and review monthly sales performance against forecast. Highlight successes and explain variances.
  • Constructively work with Airswift North America management team colleagues to ensure and maintain an efficient flow of communication about business opportunities and activities under the area of responsibility.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • 5+ years of Recruitment experience.
  • Preferably sales experience with the following skills: Leadership, people management, team building, strong management budgeting and planning.
  • Oil & Gas background is an asset.
  • Account Management experience with a proven record of providing excellent customer service.
  • General business management experience.
  • Ability to embrace the Airswift culture and values, practices and processes but bring fresh and new ideas to move the company forward.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel to local client work sites.
  • Highly self-motivated and objective driven. Will be keen to apply strategic vision and sales acumen to a highly challenging ‘fast-growth’ style role.
