Regional Manager

We are on the lookout for an exceptional and highly skilled individual to fill the Regional Manager position at our corporate headquarters in Boise, ID. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in property management, particularly with HUD, Low Income Tax Credits (LIHTC), and Real Page, and must be willing to travel 50% of the time between Boise, ID, and Baton Rouge, LA. This role will involve overseeing our Louisiana portfolio, which includes some distressed properties requiring immediate attention. We are only considering experienced HUD and LIHTC regional managers who can make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing property management team.


• Oversee the leasing of vacant units and manage unit turnovers.


• Assist in the recruitment of new managers, assistant managers, and maintenance staff.


• Ensure compliance with contracts and property management standards.


• Demonstrate proficiency in compliance, marketing, lease-ups, and all aspects of property management.


• Utilize strong organizational and leadership skills to drive team success.


• Apply extensive knowledge of LIHTC and HUD regulations.


• Utilize Real Page OneSite for property management tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a team leader with a successful track record of team development and management.


• In-depth understanding of state and federal housing programs, as well as fair housing regulations.


• A proactive approach to tackling challenges and delivering results.
