JOB NATURE
Lead and execute market strategies to drive revenue growth. Manage a regional sales team from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Ideal for a strategic, high-performing sales leader.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with Market Leaders to shape and influence go-to-market strategies using industry expertise and team insights.
Lead the execution of regional sales strategies through a high-performing team.
Manage team performance, territory planning, and sales approach optimization to exceed revenue goals.
Partner with operations to ensure a seamless client experience and referenceable accounts.
Collaborate with business development, employer, and payor teams to drive strategic growth.
Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand business and uncover new opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
Experience leading a team of sales “hunters”
Strong data analysis and decision-making skills
Demonstrated mastery of the full sales lifecycle
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership abilities
Willingness to travel up to 75% and work flexible hours
Healthcare or employer benefits sales experience preferred
Must be located in MA/PA/DE/South New Jersey
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Business acumen and strategic thinking
Coaching and team development expertise
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive long distances
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Frequent travel within the designated region. Remote work when not traveling. Regular virtual and in-person meetings with team members, clients, and senior leadership. Flexibility to work outside standard hours to support team members in different time zones.
PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS
Prolonged sitting during travel or desk work
Frequent standing and walking during client visits and meetings
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Valid driver’s license and driving capability
Adequate vision and hearing
Ability to operate office equipment
COMPENSATION
Base salary: $100-$150K
Annual bonus based on performance
