Job Summary:
The Regional Market Operations Leader will be instrumental in driving operational success across the Indiana and Michigan regions. This dynamic role combines strategic leadership with hands-on tactical support, ensuring the efficient operation of the Field team and the monitoring of key performance indicators. Serving as the primary liaison between Central Operations, Shared Services, and the Field Support Center, this leader will create a seamless and reliable operating environment.
In collaboration with Finance, the Regional Market Operations Leader will manage forecasting, conduct financial reviews, and oversee expense management. Additionally, this leader will contribute to the development of market strategies, spearheading short-term projects to boost operational efficiency. As a member of the Central Operations Extended Leadership Team, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of operations across the region.
Candidates should be located in Indiana or Michigan, or within a reasonable distance of both states, as the role will require frequent travel throughout the region.
