******Preferred candidate will be based in or near Ames, IA. This position supports the Western Iowa region and is based out of the Store Support Center in Dubuque, IA, with regular travel throughout the territory.
Job Description
The Regional Merchandiser reports directly to the Regional Manager and is responsible for driving merchandising execution across all stores within their assigned region. This role ensures consistent implementation of company merchandising standards, seasonal transitions, promotional directives, impulse merchandising, recovery standards, and planogram accuracy.
The Regional Merchandiser partners with the Purchasing team across all departments, Store Operations, Marketing Operations, and Store Planning to deliver clear, efficient merchandising direction that supports a brand-right shopping experience. This position also plays a key role in new store openings and major resets within their region, ensuring merchandising plans, fixtures, and visual standards are executed accurately and on schedule.

Physical Demands
Frequent physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, dexterity, and light grasping. The employee is required to accept incoming calls and must be able to hear and speak. Specific vision abilities required by this job include vision adequate for the incumbent to perform the responsibilities and functions of the job efficiently. The associate must have the manual dexterity to manually operate and use a computer and other basic office equipment.
Work Environment and Working Conditions
This position will be performed inside a climate-controlled office facility. The noise level is low to medium and typical of an office environment. Potential hazards include electrical hazards. Atmospheric conditions are typical of an office environment and may include exposure to odors and dust.
