Regional Multi-FamilyProperty Manager

Regional Community Manager wanted for portfolio of market rate multi-family properties located in New England.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Property Managers and Service Managers
• Oversee all leasing and marketing efforts
• Focus on reducing controllable expenses at the property level
• Monthly reporting on traffic, conversion ratios, occupancy and market dynamics
• Full use and proficiency of Yardi Voyager including maintenance module
• Overall appearance, upkeep and curb appeal of properties
• Report to VP of the Residential Division

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience as a market rate property manager
• Bachelor's Degree
• Yardi Proficiency
• Excellent communication skills
• Self Motivated with team leadership qualities
