OPERATIONS – Oversight, Sales & Execution

? Oversee all daily operations and sales performance across assigned stores or region

? Ensure consistent execution of operating systems, checklists, and SOPs

? Identify operational and execution gaps and implement corrective action plans

? Drive regional sales growth through execution of service standards, upselling behaviors, and promotional initiatives

? Support labor planning to reduce labor percentage while maintaining service standards

? Monitor and improve workflow efficiency and operational productivity

? Ensure accurate opening, closing, and shift-leadership execution across all locations

? Escalate safety, maintenance, or compliance issues promptly and appropriately

  

FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE – Sales, Labor & Waste Control

? Ensure increased sales performance across the assigned region through leadership accountability and execution

? Monitor and actively work to reduce waste percentage through inventory control, FIFO execution, and training

? Support initiatives to lower labor percentage through effective scheduling, deployment, and productivity standards

? Track and review key performance indicators including sales, labor, waste, and cost trends

? Hold store leadership accountable to financial goals and corrective action plans

  

LEADERSHIP – Development & Accountability

? Develop, mentor, and support KICs and leadership team members

? Reinforce consistent leadership presence, professionalism, and accountability standards

? Support onboarding, training, and long-term development of leadership roles

? Partner with Operations leadership and HR on performance management when required

? Promote a respectful, consistent, and team-first culture across all locations

  

SERVICE – Brand & Guest Experience

? Ensure Kreation service standards are consistently executed across all stores

? Drive proactive service and sales-focused guest engagement behaviors

? Support resolution of escalated guest concerns professionally and promptly

? Reinforce execution of Kleanse programs, promotions, incentives, and sales initiatives

  

SELECTION – Product & Inventory Standards

? Ensure FIFO, merchandising, and inventory standards are consistently followed

? Monitor PAR levels, product availability, and waste trends

? Support accurate receiving procedures and discrepancy reporting

? Drive inventory optimization and waste reduction efforts across the region

  

STYLE – Look & Feel Consistency

? Ensure adherence to Kreation Look & Feel standards

? Conduct walkthroughs to verify cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation

? Ensure equipment maintenance standards are followed

? Communicate facility, equipment, or presentation issues promptly

  

EXCELLENCE – Compliance, HR & Communication

? Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

? Serve as the primary communication point for HR-related issues within the assigned region

? Ensure accurate and timely documentation for each store, including performance, incidents, and corrective actions

? Support health, safety, labor, and sanitation compliance standards

? Maintain clear, consistent communication with Operations leadership and store teams

? Review operational reports, sales data, and metrics as assigned

? Perform additional duties as directed by the Director of Operations or Operations Manager
