? Develop, mentor, and support KICs and leadership team members
? Reinforce consistent leadership presence, professionalism, and accountability standards
? Support onboarding, training, and long-term development of leadership roles
? Partner with Operations leadership and HR on performance management when required
? Promote a respectful, consistent, and team-first culture across all locations
? Ensure Kreation service standards are consistently executed across all stores
? Drive proactive service and sales-focused guest engagement behaviors
? Support resolution of escalated guest concerns professionally and promptly
? Reinforce execution of Kleanse programs, promotions, incentives, and sales initiatives
? Ensure FIFO, merchandising, and inventory standards are consistently followed
? Monitor PAR levels, product availability, and waste trends
? Support accurate receiving procedures and discrepancy reporting
? Drive inventory optimization and waste reduction efforts across the region
? Ensure adherence to Kreation Look & Feel standards
? Conduct walkthroughs to verify cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation
? Ensure equipment maintenance standards are followed
? Communicate facility, equipment, or presentation issues promptly
? Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
? Serve as the primary communication point for HR-related issues within the assigned region
? Ensure accurate and timely documentation for each store, including performance, incidents, and corrective actions
? Support health, safety, labor, and sanitation compliance standards
? Maintain clear, consistent communication with Operations leadership and store teams
? Review operational reports, sales data, and metrics as assigned
? Perform additional duties as directed by the Director of Operations or Operations Manager
