Regional Planner

We\u2019re hiring a North America (AMNA) Regional Planner to lead demand forecasting and service\u2011parts planning for the AMNA region. In this role, you will transform install\u2011base signals, field\u2011service activity, and customer/contract requirements into a data\u2011driven demand plan that supports high service performance and operational efficiency. This role blends analytical depth, systems expertise, and cross\u2011functional collaboration to improve service levels, inventory health, and contractual KPI performance.\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Do\n\n * Translate operational and customer intelligence\u2014install\u2011base changes, warranty and service\u2011contract requirements, field\u2011service cadence\u2014into quantified demand signals.\n\n * Drive service\u2011parts planning to meet internal and contractual KPIs, recommending inventory policies and modeling availability vs. cost.\n\n * Perform root\u2011cause analyses on forecast performance and implement corrective actions.\n\n * Coordinate Regional Planning with Global Planning, Field Service, Logistics, Order Fulfillment, and Customer Care.\n\n * Lead new fab/service\u2011agreement planning, ramp management, and special projects.\n\n * Contribute to process, tool, dashboard, and data\u2011visualization improvements.\n\n\n\n\nExperience \u0026 Qualifications\n\n * 6+ years in inventory, materials, supply, or demand planning with KPI ownership.\n\n * Demonstrated experience with executive communications and presentations.\n\n * Strong service\u2011parts planning background; semiconductor experience required.\n\n * Proficiency with ERP/SCM systems (SAP, SPP), advanced Excel, Tableau or Power BI required.
