What You’ll Do:
Team Leadership & Support:
Manage scheduling, timesheets, and staffing needs
Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews
Provide backup support across clinical and administrative roles
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture
Clinic Operations:
Serve as the main contact for building management and security
Ensure OSHA compliance and act as the clinic’s OSHA officer
Program & Marketing Support
Coordinate logistics for Spravato and Ketamine therapy programs
Assist the prior authorization team, order supplies, and work on process and protocol updates
Support marketing and outreach efforts, including provider networking
Technology & Troubleshooting:
Provide IT assistance and resolve day-to-day operational issues
Track and report clinic performance metrics
What You Bring:
Degree in Nursing preferred, but not required
RN License highly preferred, but not required
Proven experience in clinic or office management (healthcare preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Critical Thinking skills to be able to work in an evolving healthcare industry.
Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare operations is a plus
