Job Description - Regional Practice Manager

What You’ll Do:



Team Leadership & Support:



  • Manage scheduling, timesheets, and staffing needs

  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews

  • Provide backup support across clinical and administrative roles

  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture


 


Clinic Operations:



  • Serve as the main contact for building management and security

  • Ensure OSHA compliance and act as the clinic’s OSHA officer


 


Program & Marketing Support



  • Coordinate logistics for Spravato and Ketamine therapy programs

  • Assist the prior authorization team, order supplies, and work on process and protocol updates

  • Support marketing and outreach efforts, including provider networking


 


Technology & Troubleshooting:



  • Provide IT assistance and resolve day-to-day operational issues

  • Track and report clinic performance metrics



What You Bring:



  • Degree in Nursing preferred, but not required

  • RN License highly preferred, but not required

  • Proven experience in clinic or office management (healthcare preferred)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Critical Thinking skills to be able to work in an evolving healthcare industry.

  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare operations is a plus
